This video is MUFON’s selection for the best UFO video of 2012. It’s pretty impressive, but the images available suggest that it is just possible that it could be a group of balloons tied to a central platform to which small flashing LEDs have been affixed. But the MUFON’s new Science Review Board headed by Robert Powell is an impressive group, and if they think enough of this video to give it high marks, then I agree. This UFO passes view at a very high speed. Your Out There Editor isn’t sure if the final frame is of the same object, but the extreme speed would seem to rule out a bird or ordinary aircraft, although the frozen image has the faint appearance of a helicopter.

A witness observed some UFOs yesterday in Wachula, Florida about sunset on July 20. Then at 9PM he began to hear unusual rumbling and went outside to see the sky full of fighter jets that appeared to be chasing very fast, bright objects that would ‘turn with pinpoint precision.’ A total of 8 witnesses watched as 55 objects darted around the jets, which were unable to even come close to matching their maneuvers. After about an hour, there was just one UFO left, which began bobbing in place, still easily outmaneuvering the jets. After another hour of this, the UFO "disappeared into thin air."

Normally Out There doesn’t post images of UFOs seen in Solar and Heliospheric Observatory photos, because the great majority of them are video artifacts. But this one may not be a video artifact. It does appear that the structure continues down behind the disk of the sun. The poster is right: if this was a video artifact, it would involve the solar disk as well, not continue down behind it.

This is high strangeness, for sure.
