When Whitley wrote “Communion, he put our address in the back of the book and asked readers to send in their own ET experiences. Shortly after it was published, letter carriers began dragging huge, bulging gray bags of mail up to our apartment every day. This amazed me, since, although I believed in my husband’s sincerity, I was prepared to believe he had been somehow mistaken, but these letters PROVED that what he’d experienced was real! Whenever I mention the title of my book An Invisible Woman to any woman over 40, she instantly says, “Oh, I know how THAT feels!”

It happened to me. One day I woke up and I was invisible. Men bumped into me on the street as if I wasn’t there. I was twirled around in revolving doors. I started fighting back and eventually had to call my lawyer after I kicked a man who cut ahead of me in line at the deli.

I found out there?s a physical reason for this. We all give off sex scents called pheromones, which we can only sense subconsciously. As we get older, our pheromones weaken, so we literally fall off the male radar.

When I was a kid, I saw a film called “When Worlds Collide.” In it, an astronomer discovers that another planet is on a collision course with Earth, meaning we only have a few months left before the Earth is totally destroyed. Of course, the first problem he has is getting anybody to believe it.

It turns out that during the opening stages of the recent tsunami tragedy, which may be one of the biggest natural disasters in the history of the Earth, there were scientists who knew what was developing, but they didn’t know who to tell or how to tell them!

One listener writes: ?I witnessed a television interview between Diane Sawyer and Roy of Siegfried and Roy. What I remember the MOST was Roy’s memories of HIS NDE with his tigers. When he was at the point Anne was, Roy’s tigers were in his Near Death Experience. No doubt, when it is MY time, my cats should greet me?they ARE my family!?

One of the therapists who treated me was the same woman who treated Roy! Like everyone I met at UCLA, she is a true humanitarian.
