The object in this photograph was seen hovering over the site of a Lake Michigan plane crash that killed two people. Whether or not the object caused the crash is not known. The object would appear to be either a cluster of balloons or an unknown. Unfortunately, it never made any movements that would definitely establish it as an unknown. There is no information about whether or not the pilot reported anything prior to the crash. The plane went down in 42 feet of water. The 1975 Piper Cherokee was enroute to Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
