Your subscription to Unknowncountry has been processed, your account setup and you are now logged-in.

Please visit our Subscriber Home Page  to explore our special subscriber-only content. The link to the subscriber home page is available to all logged-in subscribers and can be found in the main site menu displayed at the top of every page. When you enter a subsection, such as Whitley’s Room or Dreamland, you will see a subject cloud on the right. You can click on any item that interests you in order to get a list of all related content. In addition, all areas are archived by date just below the subject cloud. You can also use our search engine to search for specific terms, such as the name of a guest. (Click on the gold advanced search tab on the right side of the masthead to search specific archives.)

To cancel your subscription or change to nonrecurring billing, email Cancellations are pro-rated from the date of the request after the first 30 days have elapsed. When you communicate with us, please let us know the email you used when you signed up.

You can view/update your account details at any time using the MY ACCOUNT link found above the menu at the top of every page. Here you can change your password and username, email address and credit card information. Be sure to click update before leaving the pages.

If on logging in you see an error message of any kind or are unable to log in, email letting us know the email address your subscription is under and your username, and we will help you. Do not keep trying. We answer promptly, usually the same day you send us an email.
