Another of the many UFO fleet videos that have suddenly started emerging worldwide. These seem to be moving more as if they are floating in the air, but without knowing wind direction, there is no way to be certain that they are balloons. Given all the other fleet reports we are getting, we are including this one as a ‘possible.’
