Climate Change Could Cause “Dust Bowl” Style Exodus, But What Is Really Causing Climate Change?

The "Dust Bowl" era was a devastating period of exceptional droughts and dust storms that had a profound effect on the ecology and agriculture of the U.S. and Canadian prairies in the 1930s. Some regions of the High Plains experienced drought conditions for up to eight years, and tens of thousands of families were forced to abandon their farms. Some people are now beginning to see a similar pattern beginning to emerge as a result of climate change, and these results could potentially be very long-lasting, ultimately reducing the population density in affected areas and increasing it in other, more climactically hospitable regions.

Though the Midwest has seen a cool, wet summer this far, California has been suffering from exceptional drought conditions, closely followed by the Texas Panhandle and Oklahoma. These droughts are not predicted to continue indefinitely, but their effects on water resources will be cumulative and if the overall weather trends are towards dryer, hotter conditions in these areas, the local economy may not be able to support existing populations.

The Dust Bowl exodus was the largest migration in American history: by 1940, 2.5 million people had moved out of the Plains states. Ironically, 200,000 of those moved to California. There were other factors that contributed to the situation, including poor agricultural practices, but ultimately it was driven by drought conditions and the related economic impact.

So could climate change produce a similar effect across the United States?

It seems certain, particularly as climate change has already displaced communities in other areas of the world, a fact that Unknown Country has already reported.

Whilst the majority of the world goes about its daily business blissfully ignorant of the insidious advance of climate change, for some the reality is only too vivid. Violent weather, floods, and droughts are becoming a regular occurrence in some parts of the globe, and though the cause is often attributed to the effects of climate change, radical action to reduce global warming is still slow to materialise.

But is climate change the only driving factor in our turbulent weather situation?

There is another perspective on the reasons behind the drastic climactic conditions that has an altogether more ominous feel .

The GeoEngineering Watch website recently posted their concerns that there is a far more sinister agenda at work here, and have suggested that the Californian droughts are occurring as a result of climate engineering.

Lead researcher for GeoEngineering Watch, Dane Wigington, made the following chilling statement on their website a few days ago:

"The western US is under an all out climate engineering assault, California most of all. The Weather Makers can shut the hydrological cycle off from the once “golden state” for as long as they wish. Satellite images and NOAA maps shown in this presentation are shocking and revealing to say the least."

It is claimed that our climate is being deliberately affected by the use of very fine nanoparticulates of heavy metals sprayed by aircraft. The resulting "chemtrails", long, thin clouds that can often be seen crossing our skies in a grid-like pattern, are said to be blocking out the sun and moving the jet stream, causing the extremes of drought and deluge worldwide. The chemtrails are now so commonplace in the sky that those who do look upwards and notice them hardly think to question their presence.

The effects of chemtrails are said to be highly toxic to the human race and all other forms of life around the globe. The agenda behind this alarming practice has yet to be determined, and no official recognition of their existence has ever been made, yet the evidence compiled by researchers such as Dane continues to mount.

Perhaps because the argument put forward by Dane has become so convincing, a small but positive step forward has been made: the geoengineering theory has been taken seriously by officials in Shasta Country, CA, who have held a meeting recently to discuss the potential effects of nano-engineering.

Shasta County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to dig deeper into the issue and also committed to the following. The Redding Searchlight reported:

”Supervisor David Kehoe lauded Shasta County resident Dane Wigington’s efforts to put together the panel of speakers… He suggested a video be made for all elected officials to learn more about the issue. And that, in part, is what supervisors voted to do. A video of Tuesday’s presentation along with other information presented will be forwarded to state and federal agencies with jurisdictions related to air quality, transportation and the environment.”

"We’re not only sending them information, we’re also asking them for a response – and that’s never happened before," Chairman Les Baugh said after the meeting. Supervisor Pam Giacomoni added that it was important to listen to people’s concerns in the community and dig deeper when presented with compelling, fact-based information: “Supervisors also voted to further research the capabilities of air quality testing …. for aluminum, barium and other heavy metals in question on the nano-level.”

The meeting, held at Shasta County BOS Meeting, Tuesday July 15th, was attended by a record-breaking number of people. Over 300 people were present, travelling from across the country – and even from Spain – to attend the four hour meeting. Expert speakers gave a series of very persuasive presentations on the impact of geoengineering on human health, environment and California’s drought. Mark McCandish, former defense industry professional, outlined his concerns regarding the effects of sub-micron sized nano-particulates of aluminum on all lifeforms, explaining that the nano-particulates adhered to multiple surfaces including roots of plants, trees and also animal and human lungs, and that consequently they gradually halted normal biological processes.”

That the issue is finally being taken seriously by those in authority is very encouraging, but it may be a tough battle fought against an unseen enemy, particularly when the damage already extends across the whole planet. Dane goes as far as to say that he believes there are virtually no natural weather systems left in our atmosphere. So, it seems that "global warming" is definitely a human-driven phenomenon, but not necessarily solely via the indirect manner of greenhouse gas emission as previously believed. Instead, the human intervention factor could be in the form of a deliberate and disturbing process that defies rational explanation.

Dane ends his latest report with a sobering viewpoint: "Whatever one wishes to consider as the agenda of those in power, one conclusion is certain, the drought in California is a direct result of the ongoing climate engineering insanity. Weather warfare is now being waged on the American population."
