This footage was taken on February 12 in the central part of Diyarbakir, Turkey. It is said to be from a security camera, and the shaking is due to the fact that the camera’s image is being recorded off a TV screen. The way the individual in the footage walks is consistent with real movement, as is the shadow. When the individual suddenly levitates, the shadow moves correctly as well. This is graded B–Possible Unknown.
