A witness is driving down Interstate 15 in Utah late at night. Suddenly, she has an incapacitating headache and has to pull over. She then sees, just ahead of her car, a massive UFO. Seemingly a moment later, she finds herself on the roadside on another highway fifteen miles away. And not only that, there is a minivan that was on I 15 beside her–and it’s still beside her! AND THEN she discovers a third car that has been shifted from I-15 to Legacy Highway as well. AND none of the cars will start. And then–incredibly–a tow truck shows up, but the driver is disoriented and has no idea why he came!

Clearly, something was observed in this case, and it sounds as if it was far too brightly lit to be something like a US drone looking for drug traffickers or even something launched by a drug smuggler.

For example, the evening before my encounter of December 26, 1985 was an almost perfect moment. It was uncanny, the way the snow fell in individual crystalline flakes. Beautiful. But the encounter, of course, was difficult. So I believe this witness." That’s his privilege, but your Out There editor can only add that there’s no proof. Maybe the witness read Whitley’s books. (I am not trying to be cynical, but we have to be careful, always. The account seems credible to me, too.)

A new eight year long European study concludes that salt consumption is not dangerous and may in fact be GOOD. This is certainly contrary to advice from American Medical Association, American Heart Association and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, which says higher sodium consumption can increase the risk of heart disease. It’s not unusual to see differing opinions, but what are we ordinary folks to make of the controversy?
