Talk about Mysterious Powers! First we wrote about a young girl who appears to have magnetic hands. Now we have discovered a man who can conduct large amounts of electricity without hurting himself. And researchers have discovered that shooting electricity into your brain may help you learn math. Rajmohan Nair is an Indian man who is immune to electrocution. When exposed wires are wrapped around him and turned on, the electricity flows from the plug, through Nair, to a light bulb and a hotplate. Everything turns on except Nair. Here’s another thing you shouldn’t try at home: English researchers have found that applying a tiny electrical current to the brain can make you better at math. But researcher Cohen Kadosh says, "We are not advising people to go around giving themselves electric shocks."
