This would be an easy CGI effect to create, but Out There exists to take chances on videos like this. We really can’t grade it. We’ve only had one or two YouTubers actually answer an inquiry, so we assume that most of them are hoaxers. but we’ve sent this one a message. If we get a reply, we’ll let you know.
