On the Euro-news channel (a Europe wide news network) frames from this video were shown while narrating the failed launch of a Russian communications satellite. Many people in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany saw a bright streak like a meteor in the sky. However they did not report the phenomenon shown in the above video. Really strange.
