Phoenix Lights are Here Again

January 22, 2007

Joe Kovacs reports in WorldNetDaily.com that Colonel Brian Fields has photographed colorful, hovering lights in Arkansas that fit the description of the famous Phoenix Lights that were seen a decade ago in Arizona. Kovacs quotes Fields, who is retired from the Air Force, as saying, “I believe these lights were not of this world, and I feel a duty and responsibility to come forward. I have no idea what they were.”

China Pushing Ahead With Moon Plans

March 14, 2006

As far as we know, we’re the only news organization that has pointed out why China and the U.S. are suddenly so interested in going (returning, in our case) to the moon: to scoop up the precious Helium 3 fuel just lying on the surface.

China’s first piloted mission was launched in October, 2003, and lasted less than a day. Leonard David writes in space.com that the Chinese space agency is planning Shenzhou 7, a human spaceflight that is set for 2008, and Shenzhou 8, a mission that will include a half hour space walk, for 2009 or 2011. China?s eventual goal is to build its own space station. They want to send a lander to the moon in 2012, and are aiming to send a robot to the moon in 2017 that can return moon dust to Earth for testing.

Anne’s Diary: Seize the Day

March 9, 2006

Glennys MacKay, an incredible medium from Australia, contacted us suddenly by email a few weeks ago, saying she had been "called" by her spirit guides to come to the United States.

I took this opportunity to get her together with Dr. Gary Schwartz at the University of Arizona in Tucson, who conducted 4 years of research on the real Allison Dubois, who is played by actress Patricia Arquette in the TV series "Medium." He has been interviewed on Dreamland several times and is the author of The Afterlife Experiments, The Truth About Medium and the upcoming book The G.O.D. Experiments.

Whitley Strieber and Lynne Kitei

February 25, 2006

Last week, Whitley Strieber interviewed Dr. Lynne Kitei, who first brought the Phoenix Lights to public attention. It was intended to be a follow-up interview for our subscribers, but it turned into an incredibly important discussion of the fact that there appears to be a new energy available to meditators. Listen and Whitley and Dr. Lynne discover together that they are both aware of this energy, which has apparently been present for just a short time, but which is changing the experience of meditation in unforgettable ways, empowering meditators as never before. Then Linda Howe talks to one of the few people ever to report being abducted by the “nordics.” This is a fascinating and unusual interview.

Some Artworks May Have Been Created by Disease

February 24, 2006

We can be thankful that modern medicine exists today, but if it had existed during the 16th to 19th centuries, the world might have missed out on the work of some of the world’s most creative painters, sculptors and poets.

UFOs in the UK Due to Mars Opposition?

November 1, 2005

A gigantic dust storm has broken out on Mars during the opposition, when Mars is closer to the Earth than it has been since 2003. The storm is so large that it can be seen with a backyard telescope. Mars was 43 million miles from Earth at around 8:25 p.m. PST Saturday. UFO activity often increases during Mars oppositions, and this one has been no exception, as extensive UFO sightings have been reported over northern California and in the UK.

Robert Roy Britt and Tariq Malik report on the NASA website space.com that the dust storm, which was no more than a small bright dot Thursday, has blossomed into a large phone that can easily be seen from the Earth. At the same time, Wales is reporting numerous UFO sightings, just as California did last week.

Phoenix Lights in UK and Mexico

September 6, 2005

Mysterious orange lights resembling the Phoenix lights have been seen in the skies of Cheltenham in the UK, as well as in the country of Mexico. They are also being seen again in Phoenix and have been spotted in New Mexico.

Observers at first thought they might be fireworks. This is similar to early reports that the Phoenix lights may have been flares dropped from military aircraft, although this theory has since been disproved.

Although most people in the UK reported the lights as being orange, some people insist they were red and green. Interestingly, these “Christmas colors” are commonly seen in UFO sightings. Scientists say the lights were not satellites or comets.

Phoenix Lights Back in Arizona

August 28, 2005

On August 25, a photographer in Phoenix took new footage of what appear to be the Phoenix Lights hovering over Estrella Mountain in Arizona, which are very similar to the images captured by Dr. Lynn Kitei and others. This follows a major series of UFO sightings in New Mexico that were comparable to the Phoenix Lights, reported on last week on Unknowncountry.com. This strongly suggests that the Phoenix Lights are indeed back with us, as Dr. Lynne seeks to gain wider distribution for her DVD about the phenomenon.

An Amazing Experience

August 20, 2005

Anne writes in her new Diary: We just had a classic LA experience: We went to a screening on the Warner Brothers studio lot. This is the kind of experience that makes you feel like a movie biz “insider”?especially if you’re not. But here?s the most amazing part: It was a UFO documentary.

We saw The Phoenix Lights, the wonderful film produced and directed by Dr. Lynne Kitei, who has been a guest on Dreamland Radio. While I was familiar with the film, since we sell the DVD on our store, I was thrilled to see it on the big screen. I was delighted all over again at how convincing it is. Chris Owens, of Warner Brothers, arranged the screening. He discovered the Phoenix Lights because he’s a fan of unknowncountry.com.

The 911 Commission Report: a 571 Page Lie by David Ray Griffin

May 25, 2005

In discussing my second 9/11 book, The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions, I have often said, only half in jest, that a better title might have been a 571-page lie. (Actually, I was saying a 567-page lie, because I was forgetting to count the four pages of the Preface.) In making this statement, one of my points has been that the entire Report is constructed in support of one big lie: that the official story about 9/11 is true.

Star Wars Religion

May 23, 2005

Newswise – Some fans of Star Wars, including fans of the newestentry, “Episode III: Revenge of the Sith,” consider watchingthese films to be a religious experience. Two religionprofessors at different universities have studied the roleof religion in science fiction and say that movies like theStar Wars series can be more powerful than the Bible orother religious texts.

Tom Martin, who teaches at Susquehanna University inPennsylvania, sees the Star Wars religious themes as aclassic example of good versus evil. He says, “The Star Warsseries deals with the fundamental struggles of good againstevil, which is a deeply religious theme that carries over toall parts of life.”

Space Travel Coming to Your Local Mall Soon

A franchise is a store or restaurant, like The Gap orKentucky Fried Chicken, that you can find in every town inthe U.S. and often abroad as well. Now space pioneer BurtRutan says travel agents that can book you on a space travelvacation will soon be just as common as fast-foodfranchises. He plans to build spacecraft with large cabins, where you can walk around, just like you can in a conventionalairplane (once the initial take-off is completed), withlarge windows through which passengers can get anastronaut-style view the receding Earth, the moon andperhaps even some nearby planets. Passengers will floataround the cabin during 4 or 5 minutes of weightlessness.
