The Out There section collects stories about strange events from all over the internet.
Videos and some other stories are graded:
A--Probably true, B--Likely true, C--Likely false, D--Probably false.
Stories are not researched by Unknowncountry.com staff before posting and video evaluations are based on experienced observation, not video analysis.
If the grays ever do show up, it will be from some completely improbable direction. Could this be real? We cannot tell, frankly. Best guess: somebody wants to make the next Paranormal Activity, this time starring the Grays. But in view of the fact that this is all so very weird, maybe the improbable is the probable...
We have posted at least one video of a stick figure alien that could be real. Is this another? Unfortunately, I can't even grade it because of the focus problems. It could easily be a hoax, but maybe not. For the record, then.
Okay, I have to admit that they're probably smokin' something pretty amazing in Pakistan, but Out There exists to run wild and weird stories like this. I wouldn't bet on the 'invasion,' though. Want me to grade this one. Try Q-
I have wondered about this alleged HAARP-weather connection. This website identified a strange formation a few days ago in the area where the Iowa tornado touched down yesterday.
Mr. S. sent me a link to the video trailer for his new book, Hybrids. I don't think he expects to see it on Out There, but it's really wonderful, so take a look.
A new video of stick figure aliens has surfaced. To see a strikingly similar video from 2008, click here. This is a complicated world, so you never know whether this is an elaborate spoof or not, but San Diego in 2008, then Fresno in 2011? Certainly very improbable.
Low flying triangles are now commonplace in the United States. Are they US serveillance aircraft, or something very much stranger. For other recent stories, click here and here. Out There's best guess: whomever overflew Arizona in 1997 likes it here and has decided to hang out, at least for a while.
When Whitley Strieber showed some video from Shuttle Mission STS-80 to a NASA representative, he said 'I don't see anything there that looks like a UFO." Yeah, right. Now another unexplainable object appears, and they're confused. Is it in the sky or on the ground? Wake up, NASA. (Never happen...)
It would be quite a project to construct a crop formation this large and beautiful, but it's always possible. It's also possible that the genuine mystery has now spread to Vermont. However, the formation appears in a green field with green, fully leafed trees nearby. No date on the story, so when did this happen? Last summer? Not recently, it would seem. A personal note from your editor: I wouln't take this one to Vegas...
Bigfoot never gets caught, never goes away. Maybe this time the Russians will succeed in nailing this mystery down. The forests of Russia are equal to the size of the entire United States. Could be a lot of secrets in a wilderness that vast.
This isn't a video effect and the blinking lights are not in any way an FAA-approved strobe, nor would lanterns blink. Balloons equipped with flashing lights might, though, so that's always a possibility. The head of the Baby James Foundation said they they were Chinese Lanterns released by the foundation as a publicity stunt, but did not explain how it was that the candles were able to blink on and off.
A maddening video. Certainly an authentic image of a light in the sky. No sign of any strobing or aircraft-like movement. But just as the witness gets under the object, he loses visual contact. Maddening but good video. Graded B.
Alison Kruse has been filming strange lights near her home in Pennsylvania for years. She has produced some very interesting footage, and this is no exception.
Despite the realistic background noises and the seeming difficulty the videographer has, this could easily be a CGI effect. It could be created in 10 minutes using any number of programs. The Temple Mount is under constant observation by many eyes, so perhaps more witnesses and videos will show up to support this one, if it is real.
Stories such as this continue to be reported from all over the world, as they have been for many years. There never seems to be an final resolution, and yet things are seen, and not all reports can be explained away.
