    Unfortunately, no, this guy isn’t using electrostatic lifters in his saucer model, he’s just incorporating magnets into it to make it levitate. He’s posted pictures of the mechanism, it’s appears to be no different from the desktop novelty variety that’s commonly available, except that he’s making a highly souped-up version.
