Last December, Out There published the first half of a strong minidocumentary on the Turkish UFO incidents of 2009, which remain among the most powerful and unusual UFO cases ever to occur. The creator of the film has now finished part two, and it’s just as strong. It includes Dr. Roger Leir describing his own firsthand account. Dr. Leir was present during part of the May, 2009 event.
