The Unknowncountry.com store is getting better–lots better! We’re not only expanding our inventory, we’re going to branch out into other areas as well. Right now, we’re researching things like organic, guaranteed GM-free seeds, vitamins and all sorts of new books.

We can do this because you like our store, you buy from us and you’re satisfied enough to come back. So, we’re also reducing our turnaround times so you get your orders faster, and by June 7 we’re going to havea 24 hour, seven day a week 800-number order line for those of you who don’t like to order online, or don’t have a computer.

For those who use our online store, you’ll now get an e-mail when your order is first placed, and another one when it ships out, making tracking your orders easier than ever. As always, we will not run your credit card until the order is shipped.

The sad part of this is that our beloved fulfillment person, Denise Twiggs, is leaving the business. So we’re taking the opportunity to open our own fulfillment center. This means that there may be some shipment delays in the next two weeks, as our stock is in transit, but no orders will be charged until shipping.

As always, inquiries to store@unknowncountry.com will get a prompt and courteous response. We’ll be glad to give you our best estimate on your order time (5 to 7 days past the normal times between May 15 and May 30).
