The US military is developing software that will let it secretly manipulate social media sites, like Facebook, by using fake online personas to influence internet conversations and spread pro-American propaganda. So your "facebook friend" may really be a covert agent who is spying on you!

A California corporation has been awarded a contract with a part of the CIA called Centcom to develop what is described as an "online persona management service" that will allow one US serviceman or woman to control up to 10 separate identities, based all over the world. It’s kind of like flying a "drone," but using the internet to do it. In the March 17th edition of the Guardian newspaper, Nick Fielding and Ian Cobain quote Centcom spokesman Commander Bill Speaks as saying, "The technology supports classified blogging activities on foreign-language websites to enable Centcom to counter violent extremist and enemy propaganda outside the US." The languages used will include Arabic, Farsi, Urdu and Pashto.

Yep, they’re spying on us, all right! (NOTE: Subscribers can still listen to this show). Privacy is more important to some of us than others–especially to those of us who are UFO contactees and are afraid of being ridiculed and laughed at. Here at unknowncountry.com, we let the light shine in, with our eleven incredible interviews with UFO contactees, just for subscribers, with people like Matt and Michael, who have had amazing experiences. If YOU want to have an amazing experience, we can’t send a UFO your way, but we CAN invite you to be one of the special people who attend our wonderful Dreamland Festival in June (but tickets are limited, so hurry!)
