In 2 places far apart – Cattle have begun mysteriously jumping off cliffs in northern California and in Switzerland. In two apparently unrelated incidents, more than 60 cattle have killed themselves by going over cliffs in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland and Coarsegold, California. Do they sense something ominous is on the way?

In California a local TV news station reports that because the cows fell into a local river, residents are worried that the carcasses could contaminate their drinking water. Meanwhile, the September 7th edition of the UK newspaper the Daily Mail reports that almost 30 cows in a Swiss village appeared to be committing suicide by throwing themselves off a cliff over a 3-day period of time. They hit the rocks below and were killed instantly.
