In this episode of Dreamland, guest host Kelly Chase sits down with author, podcaster, and community manager of The Experiencer Group, Robin Lassiter. Robin is a life-long experiencer of phenomena ranging from entity encounters to precognitive dreams to out-of-body experiencers. She is the author of Earth: A Love Story, which chronicles her journey from trauma to transcendence in coming to terms with her anomalous history and creating a life filled with meaning and purpose.

In this this heartfelt and wide-ranging conversation, Kelly and Robin discuss the challenges of writing about anomalous experience, navigating the complexities and darker aspects of  life as an experience,  how encounters with non-human intelligence help us to connect to what it means to be deeply human, and more.

  1. Kelly, Thank you so very much for the brilliant interview with one of my favorite authors and Experencers !!! Robin has been a blessing to me far beyond what she could ever know . Also, she expressed and explained exactly what my last three plus years have been like in her usual highly articulate and totally encompassing way. I am sending this episode to my family members in hopes of a better understanding between us. Thank you again!

  2. My favorite quote…This has been in a prominent place on my desk for years:

“And you cannot go on indefinitely being just an ordinary, decent egg. We must be hatched or go bad.” C.S. Lewis

When it comes to sexual assault, it’s much bigger than anyone knows or acknowledges in everyday life, especially for women. When I just think of other women I have known, including friends and family members, that have had this happen to them, it blows my mind. None of them reported it. So, the actual statistics are misleading, and are like the tip of the iceberg. So the way things are hidden with the others involving the unknown is not surprising, especially if you are female. I was once abducted by human male, and was able to get away unscathed…but, the police did not take it seriously. I got away, so no harm no foul.

    Wrong.

For women/girls this is business as usual, but add a layer of abductions and sexual assault by non-humans and it’s crazy what women tolerate and keep our sanity as well as we do. Right now, we are regressing back to a totally male-dominated culture. In a few days it could flip in a heartbeat.

The phenomenon is right here and reflecting us back on ourselves. How do we flip that in a positive direction for all, men, women, and ‘others’?

  3. I LIKE THIS: LOOKING AT IT IN A POSITIVE WAY.

    Thought for the day…Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E.

“Each individual must stand upon their OWN INNER developments to bring peace or harmony. So long as any is leaning upon another, or so long as they are leaning upon another, there CANNOT be the full or complete control of self.”

    ECRL 165-22

  4. Having not read her book(s) yet I found it disappointing that she just talked in vague terms about her experiences. I would have preferred if the first or last part of the show would have been much more detailed as to what all she remembers of her experiences.

  5. Thank you for the inclusion of precognitive dreams. In my family, after 50 years of meditation experience, my husband had a precognitive dream about a year ago, which said that both he + I will die this coming New Year’s night from a sudden leak in the century-old natural gas lines that are buried throughout our community. That’s a bummer! So that dream was the catalyst for him to finally support my own meditation work. My son who lives near Cedars-Sinai Hospital wants us to stay at his home during that week … but there are gas lines in his neighborhood as well! I bought a carbon monoxide detector, so we will see what happens.

    1. Might the dream also be suggesting that you both need to release something explosive in your lives…It could have the power/potential to destroy both of you??? ONLY A THOUGHT.

    2. Everyone should always have a ‘carbon monoxide detector’ on every floor of their house. Also in a motor home or anywhere one sleeps with any type of heating device (except a wood burner).

Precognitions are often warning about following one’s current path and changing one’s behavior undoes the statistical likelihood of the event.
