Twelve months ago, a study revealed a shocking decline in the global populations of so-called "priority species" creatures. The evidence suggested a 58 per cent drop in 210 key species during the forty year period between 1970 and 2010, with seven per cent being lost within the past five years.

It seems that the decline is not restricted to endangered or priority species, however, as new research by scientists at WWF and the Zoological Society of London found that the global situation is even worse than previously thought. According to a new analysis, in which 10,000 different populations of animals, birds and fish were examined, the number of all wild animals on Earth has more than halved during the past 40 years.

A traveler in New Jersey has sent a number of unusually good UFO images to MUFON. She took the photos while attempting to get a shot of the Manhattan skyline as she and her husband were driving toward the city. The images are not computer graphics, and, in fact, show an unusually clear shot of an unknown object hanging in clouds. It’s difficult to tell how ‘solid’ the object is from the photographs, but it does have a definite structure to it.

There is a possibility that this is a reflection in the window of the car, but the six images that were taken of it and the fact that the witness perceived it to be in the sky suggests otherwise. Still, it remains a possibility.

The world is waiting to see if Ebola has made the leap from the African continent to make a serious assault on the rest of the world.
As two cases were confirmed in the U.S. and another in Spain during the past few days, the primary focus of global governments is to contain the  virus and prevent its spread; an armament of international aid has been drafted into affected areas, but the many West African people under attack on the front lines of Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Liberia appear to be defenseless against its might.

Three ‘shiny’ objects observed in Breckenridge, Colorado were reported by local police to the FAA. The objects were not drones or balloons, as they would remain completely stationary for as long as 15 minutes at a time. They would also maneuver to form straight lines and triangles. In the end, they ascended and disappeared. Reports from Utah indicate that similar objects were observed there.

These objects are unknowns.
