Some sources in the world’s media are reporting the chilling news that jihadists have stolen several commercial airliners.

With the anniversary of one of the world’s worst terrorist attacks looming on September 11th, itself involving the use of stolen airplanes, the possibility of the planes being used as part of a new and equally devastating terror attack is thought to be possible.
Eleven aircraft reportedly went missing from Tripoli International Airport, which has been closed since mid-July, as fighting broke out between militia groups. Mohamed Frikha, CEO of the Tunisian airline company Syphax, told Tunisia’s Shems FM Radio that two Airbus-A320 aircraft belonging to the Libyan company Ifriqiya were also missing from Misratah.

Soul singer Betty Everett once proclaimed, “If you want to know if he loves you so, it’s in his kiss.” But a new study by University of Chicago researchers suggests the difference between love and lust might be in the eyes after all.

Specifically, the direction of your date’s gaze you could indicate whether they are feeling love or lust is, and what their intentions towards you might be. The new study found that eye patterns concentrate on a stranger’s face if the viewer sees that person as a potential partner in romantic love, but the viewer gazes more at the other person’s body if he or she is feeling sexual desire. That automatic judgment can occur in as little as half a second, producing different gaze patterns.

The Pope has allegedly been identified as a target by the terrorist group The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS).

This intention apparently follows the Pope’s condemnation of the terror organization’s recent actions, when they beheaded a number of Christian victims. The Pope is a known pacifist and has been outspoken regarding the treatment of Christian by jihadist militants; however, these comments have now singled him out as “the greatest exponent of the Christian religion,” and consequently a “bearer of false truth.”

Though it takes all threats against the Pope very seriously, the Vatican do not believe that the Pope is heading the list of potential ISIS targets.

Scientists have found a way to send brain-to-brain messages using brainwaves connected to computer technology.

A team of researchers from the University of Barcelona in Spain, Axilum Robotics in France, Harvard Medical School and Starlab Barcelona in Spain used EEG headsets to record the electrical activity in the brain related to the formulation of the words ‘hola’ and ‘ciao.’ A computer then converted these messages into binary and used electrical stimulation to implant the information into the receiver’s mind, which then appeared as specific flashes of light in the corner of their vision. The "telephathic" greeting was sent from subject in Thiruvananthapuram, India to another in Strasbourg using only brain-power.
