This week we hear from John Hogue, who goes beyond the predictions he has made so far this year, and offers us some real shockers for 2011. But is he accurate? We’ll begin by discussing his 2010 predictions, what went right and what went wrong. Then, on to the future!

Linda Moulton Howe reports on her visit to Woodbridge and Rendlesham Forest with former USAF Airman 1st Class John Burroughs and former USAF Staff Sergeant James Penniston, who were back together in the forest for the first time in thirty years. She discusses information from Jim Penniston about a telepathic download of binary code numbers from the craft that he received when he touched raised symbols on its black, glassy surface,  then tells us what has been learned about the meaning of this code.

Most of Starfire Tor’s 2010 predictions came true, including detailed ones such as the one about a head of state dying in a plane crash. (Polish President Lech Kaczynsk in August). On Dreamland this week. she offers her predictions for 2011. Later, we will return to the program and analyze her effectiveness, the same way we do with John Hogue, who will be predicting on the show in a couple of weeks.

You’ve never heard of Jeff Kripal, but he’s a prominent professor of religion and philosophy at Rice University, and he’s written the best analysis of the work of Whitley Strieber that has ever been published. He understands the close encounter experience deeply, but with a professional academic’s rigorous mind.

So, what does he think of the edge of reality? Is it just folklore, or are we reacting to something real? Listen as he discusses writers like Charles Fort, the great chronicler of strange events, in ways that you have never heard before.
