We all know the way to prevent AIDS, but will there ever by a cure? Amazingly enough, a cure that could replace the expensive drugs that patients now have to take for life might be right around the corner.

Like so many scientific discoveries, this one originally came about by “accident.” There are several previous reports of patients becoming virus-free after being treated for leukemia with a bone marrow transplant. The latest example occurred when a man who had been HIV-positive for 10 years developed leukemia. Since he was given a bone marrow transplant 2 years ago, his AIDS has stayed away as well.

In order to stave off bankruptcy, GM is trying to interest customers in its electric Chevrolet “Volt,” but the trouble is, it can only go 40 miles before it needs to be recharged. There are very few municipal charging stations around and not everyone has a garage where they can install an outlet. Imagine how different things would be if General Motors had spent the last twenty years improving the capability of its electric motor, rather than churning out SUVs.

New information has come forth about the Phoenix Lights from a military man who was stationed in the area at the time!

The information was revealed by an anonymous poster on a website blog, but the information checks out. In UFO Digest, Steve Hammons quotes him as saying, “It has been nearly 12 years since the incident known as the ‘Phoenix Lights’ was shown around the world, nearly 12 years that something has been burning inside of me. When the official explanations of the incident were released (mainly the story about Maryland ANG [Air National Guard] A-10 ‘Flares’ story), myself and everyone else that had anything to do with the incident itself were deflated, as we knew it was false.

Two British newspapers have declared that the mysterious sunken continent of Atlantis has been discovered, thanks to a new internet tool. This discovery was first announced on British author and underwater explorer Graham Hancock’s message boards!

In the February 20th edition of the Telegraph, Matthew Moore explains that Atlantis may be located 620 miles off the coast of north west Africa near the Canary Islands on the floor of the Atlantic Ocean, because of a “network of criss-cross lines” in a “prefect rectangle around the size of Wales” has been discovered in the new internet map of the ocean floor called Google Ocean.
