99% of people who have this problem are experiencing a bug in older versions of Internet Explorer. At some point you entered a wrong password and IE is continuing to use it even though you have re-entered it correctly. The way to solve this problem is to go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies. Then close IE and open it again. Input your password and username exactly as they appeared when you created your subscriber account. If you need assistance with your password, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchased an auto-renewing subscription, then your credit card will be rebilled automatically as long as you keep the expiration date current and the card has enough credit on it. If you purchased a non-renewing subscription, then you will need to resubscribe when your expiry-date is reached. When you try to log in, you will see an expired notice. You can then enter your account and update. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so on your account page.
Once logged-in to Unknowncountry.com , select the MY ACCOUNT link. This will display your account information. Click the ‘Edit’ tab, and then select the ‘Payment Information’ link.
