If you purchased an auto-renewing subscription, then your credit card will be rebilled automatically as long as you keep the expiration date current and the card has enough credit on it. If you purchased a non-renewing subscription, then you will need to resubscribe when your expiry-date is reached. When you try to log in, you will see an expired notice. You can then enter your account and update. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so on your account page.
