According to leading UFO investigator Nick Pope, this is a strong UFO photo. While it would not be difficult to photoshop, the witness appears to be sincere. Unless proven otherwise, this is a probable unknown, and another reminder of just how many photographs and videos of genuine unknowns there are these days. What region in the US is the fattest? We used to assume it was the South, but Southern researchers dispute that--they say it's the Midwest.
Statistician George Howard says, "The obesity epidemic is overwhelming the US, and there's this strong perception that Mississippi and Alabama are number one and number two in obesity--fighting for fattest place. We were thinking since people living in the South are generally more hypertensive and have higher rates of diabetes and stroke, it would be the fattest region, but when we looked at our data, people in the South were really not the fattest."

Mass demonstrations are sweeping Brazil as the Turkish prime minister appears ready to call in the army to bring a violent end to protests in that country. The Arab Spring began in the wheat fields of Russia and the Ukraine in 2008, when both countries embargoed exports due to extreme drought conditions and plummeting crop yields. Across the middle east, the price of wheat based products immediately skyrocketed. Now, in 2013, the region remains in turmoil. Turkey and now Brazil have become the next countries to experience powerful demonstrations, Turkey when Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that one of the last public spaces in the center of Istanbul would be handed over to developers.

Massive Worldwide Bee Decline Continues as Pesticide Companies Ramp Up the PR

On May 13 Unknowncountry.com reported that bee colonies in the United States have been devastated, and now similar devastation is being reported from the United Kingdom. If colonies continue to collapse at this rate, many primary food sources are going to become scarce due to lack of pollination. Meanwhile, the purveyors of Neonicotinoid pesticides such as Monsanto and Bayer are creating 'study groups' that appear to be intended to find ways to save the bees without them having to accept bans of their pesticide. The US has no plans to ban the substances, but the EU is considering doing so.

UFO Flashes Past in News Report

A UFO flashes past at 5:58 in this edition of the Keiser Report, an economics program on the English Language RT network. The program was being taped in London on June 13. Nobody involved appears to have been aware of the object, which moved past the window at a speed that seems far higher than would be the case with a bird. It is too large to be an insect. To see it, you need to look closely at the sky in the right half of the screen between 5:58 and 5:59. Thanks for this to a sharp-eyed Unknowncountry.com reader.
