Look like balloons. When he zooms in on the "clusters" of three, you can see strings hanging down from them (presumably tied together) and the "clusters" move around each other and don't change their distance from each other, just like a group of balloons tied together. I watched something very similar to this a few years ago and learned that they were a large group of balloons that were used at a car dealer's "sale extravaganza". At the end of the day, the dealership opened the net that had been containing about a hundred balloons, and they floated away, eventually spreading out like this. I watched them for about 45 minutes before I lost sight of them.
Not saying this absolutely explains this "sighting", but it certainly looks very familiar to me.

I agree...BALLOONS. The wind is blowing them around. Not sharp turns at high speed. They are not disappearing fast like some U.F.O.'s do. Good try but it's just balloons.
