It would be easy to create objects like this using a computer, but to make the camera shake work so realistically would be harder. Odds are that this is a geunine video of objects in the sky.

Looks convincing, however there seems to be a lighting artifact which follows their movements below. Makes me believe that someone is holding a couple lights, their shirt is being illuminated and what your seing a reflection off a window. If it wasn't for that, I'd also be convinced.
Its lights reflected on the inside of the window.
You can hear the lights being switched off with a 'click' then they disappear!
