UFO hovering over Berlin. Strange object, clear video

This bizarre object was taped over Berlin on November 10. It is unlike any other video we've ever seen, but displays no obvious evidence of tampering.

This appears to be an aircraft, headed toward (or possibly away from) the camera, reflecting sunlight. The wings and tail are most visible around 0:25, with the wings starting to reflect sunlight at about 0:30. The odd lighted bar above the object that appears early in the video looks like a lens flare, of which becomes more apparent as it starts to fade out, around 0:20.
