Hard to be certain of this, but the objects don't look like space debris. Graded A for authenticity of the video, not accuracy of the interpretation, which cannot be known.

The object appears in the photo of the corral, the third of the five photos. We have done a little contrast work with it, and it does not appear to be a bird or a plane. It's unlikely to be a CIG effect, so we think this is a good UFO shot, clearly caught by accident. Thanks to a sharp-eyed Unknowncountry.com reader! Read the message board thread here

What might be happening in this video is very mysterious. From 1:07 on, the upper left and lower right cameras show anomalies. There are unexplained explosions in the upper left video, and numerous unexplained objects appearing and flashing past in the lower right video. This is highly unusual footage. Graded C.

There is a good probability that this is a genuine photo. It could be a kite or a balloon, but not likely in the area the photograph was made. Graded B.

We have also independently confirmed the sighting. Graded A.

There have been many reports from the UK in the past few years that could be Chinese lanterns. This is definitely not such a report. Graded B.

Unfortunately, the video is pretty minimal, but the witness description certainly suggests an unknown. Flares, airborne lanterns and balloons don't move as rapidly as these are described as moving. Video cannot be graded, beyond saying that it is not a special effect or an animation.
