Out There stories relating to "drone"

The shape of this device looks very similar to that of the drone captured by the Iranians.

This image was taken by accident by the daughter of an Unknowncountry.com reader about a week ago on the French Riviera. Of course, it could be a helicopter, but if so, why is it the only distorted object in an otherwise crystal-clear photo. Objects with a similar configuration have been seen over northern California and Brazil.
