Out There stories relating to "Georgia UFO"

After noticing 'strange noises' on a cellphone, a Georgia resident observed a line of lights hanging over nearby trees. The phenomenon is a probable unknown. Interference with radios is not unusual when objects are very close, but due to the circumstances (night, nothing visible except the lights) the proximity of the object cannot be estimated.

The witness reports that she noticed lightning in a clear sky and went out with her camera. She then saw an object at altitude and angling down. In close up, it appears to have a tail. No wings are visible. Even if it is a plane, though, its attitude indicates that it is in an emergency situation. There were no reports of crashes in the area. So, are we looking at the outcome of some sort of secret battle, or a technical failure of some kind. Sure appears that way.

This video is MUFON's selection for the best UFO video of 2012. It's pretty impressive, but the images available suggest that it is just possible that it could be a group of balloons tied to a central platform to which small flashing LEDs have been affixed. But the MUFON's new Science Review Board headed by Robert Powell is an impressive group, and if they think enough of this video to give it high marks, then I agree. Like Alejandro Rojas of Open Minds, I'll be eager to see their final report.

This description of large orange objects is typical of the reports that are coming in worldwide. Normally, orange lights in the night sky can be dismissed as candle lanterns, but in this case the objects were much too large and the fact that they shot off into the sky at high speed moots the lantern explanation. Most of the sightings being reported worldwide at present are either large orange lights or triangles.

This Mexican UFO was dismissed as a meteor, despite its unusual configuration. Now a similar object has been seen over Georgia.
