Out There stories relating to "Flying humanoid"

This is probably not a balloon, but what else could it be? Perhaps a Chinese inventor with a spectacular new personal flight system...or something very much stranger?

It is so easy to make hoaxes. Think how many people would believe this if just a little work had been done on it. The real challenge: not to dismiss the REAL videos when they do show up!
