Given the fact that the car was moving in the opposite direction of this object, and it appears to be some distance away, it probably isn't a bird. It's over the area where the NATO Conference is being held. Are we looking, therefore, at a surveillance drone, or is an entirely different sort of surveillance under way?

Is this a balloon covered with frost? If so, why does it remain aloft? This is a high strangeness video.

UFO videos from Bloomfield and a suburb of Chicago in the past few days suggest a lot of activity in the midwest, which is also the center of a nationwide phenomenon of unexplained explosions being reported this week on Dreamland. The Bloomfield video may be a floating lantern, but these objects taped in Matteson, Ill, are not easily explained.

Unknowncountry's video experts have not been able to find any evidence of trickery in this photograph. Of course, it could be a radio controlled model or some sort of exotic drone, but there appears to be no engine and no evidence even of embedded engine nacelles. The surface glows like stretched skin through which sunlight is shining.

There's a character out there claiming that there's going to be an alien invasion on November 27. Don't count on it, but there are a lot of sightings lately.

This isn't a video effect and the blinking lights are not in any way an FAA-approved strobe, nor would lanterns blink. Balloons equipped with flashing lights might, though, so that's always a possibility. The head of the Baby James Foundation said they they were Chinese Lanterns released by the foundation as a publicity stunt, but did not explain how it was that the candles were able to blink on and off.
