Strange sounds

The evening that this video was shot was a particularly violent one here in Texas, weather-wise. There were severe storms all over the state, and a tornado even touched down briefly in an area of San Antonio. Here in the Austin area, none of us got much sleep due to storms, flash-floods, and the kind of thunder that rattled the dishes in kitchen cabinets.

Was the weather a connection to the sounds in this vid? Maybe not, but the weather should not be discounted as a factor either.
