Unfortunately, the light pattern here is consistent with an aircraft traveling roughly toward the camera, and making a landing approach. We see the required green/starboard and red/port right-of-way wingtip lights, amplified by the camera's low-light mode (turned down at 2:25), plus the red rotating light on the bottom of the craft. At 1:50 the craft's landing light is turned on, characteristically bright. The craft's movement is also characteristic of a commercial aircraft filmed at a distance, giving the impression that it's moving very slowly, appearing to hover.
