This video from January of 2012 has just surface. It shows unidentified lights over Hong Kong at the same time that an unusual sound is being recorded. There is no reason to believe that the video is hoaxed. While the sounds are similar to others recorded elsewhere, they do not appear to be a precise match to any recording in our files, meaning that this is probably not a dubbed video. The lights could be a blimp at high altitude, but at three in the morning, the greater likelihood seems to be an unknown object. This is the only known video that associates strange sounds and unknown lights. To watch Jaime Maussan's Third Millennium report with blow-ups of the object, click here.

This is a very typical sound, with its muted roaring hum. This is the first UFO related video ever uploaded by this user.

This one is very typical. There has been quite a rash of postings of these sounds in the past few days, after a period of relative quiet. This time, they are taking place at the same time that a worldwide UFO wave is occurring.
See video
This one could be a machine or perhaps sound reflected from a distant factory, but the fact that, despite its softness, the witness claims that it hurts his ears is unusual.

The first part of this video records the sound of a low hum quite clearly. Then when the witness attempts to get shots of the glowing clouds involved, only wind noise can be heard.

It goes on and on. Mr. Strieber says this one reminds him of something he heard in Santa Monica in March. This was was recorded in Germany.

This group of sightings in Kansas and Missouri qualify as unknowns. They join the worldwide UFO flap now in progress.

Another video from New Zealand, one of the world's many current hotspots. I have not given this to our video experts, but it would not be hard to fake. I am relying on the seeming sincerity of the poster. Mr. S. asked him a question: why did he happen to have his camera running overnight? If he answers, I'll add it to this post.

One of our video specialists, Steve Neill, picked this up off YouTube. These are moving in close formation, so they aren't balloons. More orange lights of unknown origin.

This report from Whitley Strieber's hometown of San Antonio may or may not be a sighting of a large candle lantern or other sky illumination. The description of beams of light coming out of it and structure beneath the larger surface actually suggests a manmade sky illumination of some sort, but we are posting it because of all of the other orange light UFO sightings being reported at present, and the conviction of the witnesses that it was something unusual.

This description of large orange objects is typical of the reports that are coming in worldwide. Normally, orange lights in the night sky can be dismissed as candle lanterns, but in this case the objects were much too large and the fact that they shot off into the sky at high speed moots the lantern explanation. Most of the sightings being reported worldwide at present are either large orange lights or triangles.

This interesting object was videoed over Reagan Airport in Washington, DC on the 16th. When it's zoomed in, it's clearly not a star or a plane. It's a good video, despite the idiotic commentary.

Given the fact that the car was moving in the opposite direction of this object, and it appears to be some distance away, it probably isn't a bird. It's over the area where the NATO Conference is being held. Are we looking, therefore, at a surveillance drone, or is an entirely different sort of surveillance under way?

Add to the sightings of Whitley Strieber and others, and you could say that there was a bit of a flap taking place in California. No reason to doubt the authenticity of this video.

These objects are hard to see, but look closely. This might well be an authentic video.

Certainly very strange, but I have to ask: he says that he was going up on his roof to get footage. But why? Does he do it every day? He doesn't explain. While this sound is indeed very weird, it's also true that faking something like this would be very easy.

Is this a balloon covered with frost? If so, why does it remain aloft? This is a high strangeness video.

This object was taped last night over Fresno, California. It could be a plane, but the running lights are not in an FAA approved configuration, or don't appear to be. We got a rash of UFO reports from California in the past few days, including one from Whitley Strieber. So far, this is the only footage that has appeared.

This is a good compendium of UFO footage from around the world that appeared in April. It starts with what is probably a meteor, but goes on to show a number of good shots. Some of these have already appeared on Out There, but not all. A powerful reminder of just how much of what is in our skies is unknown.

Obviously this is not a hoax and the witness is careful to state that she is seeing the phenomenon in the sky, that it is not a lens effect or a reflection from the car window. But what is it? Take a look. Your ideas welcome.

This unusual security camera video seems to show an entity appearing in a burst of light in a shopping mall. It's strangely similar to the Japanese security camera video we posted on May 8th, in the way it enters and leaves the scene in a single pulse of light. However, this strange similarity might be a case of a copycat hoaxer. Unfortunately, it takes very little time to create images like this in many different video graphics programs, and the sudden appearance of so many security camera videos has your Out There editor wondering if we're not looking at the newest hoax fad.

This famous video has resurfaced in an image-stabilized format. In the original, it's much easier to see that the first object is a small plane, the second a disk. One question: why does the videographer know where to wait for the two objects to reappear after they go behind the house? Still, in this stabilized version, the motion of the second object does appear anomalous. The video was researched when it first appeared, and no record of a missing plane was ever found.

15 seconds in, a bright blue light very quickly appears and disappears on this video, shot with an automatic camera. No explanation, beyond the comment that it could be a CGI effect, but if so, it seems like a very strange sort of hoax. Then again, hoaxers are by definition pretty strange? There isn't enough video information for us to rule out CGI, but it seems fairly unlikely.

Of course this nighttime triangle could be something ordinary, but if so it isn't displaying anything remotely like regulation lights, and over a large European city, that is hard to do these days without an immediate challenge from military aircraft--unless, of course, they already know that it isn't a threat, and/or that there's no point in challenging it.

Perhaps this is a technical glitch of some kind, but even so it's an unknown. If it is anything real, then it is very strange indeed.

At 11 seconds in something that could be a large bird speeds past the wing of this landing plane. There appears to be a sound connected with it and passenger reaction. Is it a bird, though? The plane seems to react to it much more violently that one would expect, given no impact. So what was it. One thing is clear: it's unidentified.

Normally, I would assume Venus, but the rapid color changes being displayed by this object mark it as an unknown.

At exactly 2:08 in on this car video cam, something strange appears in the sky. It is a narrow vertical object looking nothing like a conventional UFO, but there is no easy way to explain it. Appears to be a genuine unknown.

There is no reason to believe that this is a fake, but it could be made quite easily, some of the YouTube trolls have a point there. Still, it is also true that the Grays, in particular, are identified with triangular formations like this. One of the best documented abduction cases, the Corrina Saebels case, began with a sighting of such a formation, and developed into a multiple-witness abduction with both parties completely conscious as it was initiated.

There is a terrific interview from 2008 with Corrina Saebels in the Dreamland archive. To learn more, click here.
