It could be a lens flare, but it is strange that a video of something similar was posted on YouTube by a different person on March 4 and reported on Out There on March 6. If these are both lens flares, it is a strange coincidence, but it seems impossible that a large heavenly body could be present without much more general observation, not to mention effects on the solar system.
