Pretty good video. Possible to create in Aftereffects or some similar program, but a lot of intricate work would have to be involved because of the very natural and involuntary camera movement. May be a genuine unknown. Graded B.

...and if you look at this high quality image (3MB) of that painted ceiling...

...you can quite clearly see the regularly spaced inset ceiling lights (black when off / light when switched on).
