This week, we go on an adventure into a very strange corner of the world of the past. Nick Redfern 
has returned from his travels with a new and frightening discovery about the past: there are areas of the middle east which contain the substance Trinitite, meaning that ultra high energy explosions took place there in the distant past.
Trinitite was first found at the site of the Trinity atomic bomb test in 1945. It can also be created when an object like an asteroid impacts the earth, but there is no evidence of such impacts around the Trinitite deposits in the middle east.
Was there a war then, a terrible war? What happened? Nick Redfern offers some
chilling speculations.

Deep down, I wonder if most
Deep down, I wonder if most people know or rather accept that it’s perfectly reasonable, or even likely that advanced Human civilisations rose and fell in the forgotten past.
Add to the mix, the suggestion by some, Dr Farrell foremost, that there may be a remnant or breakaway hidden civilisation still here, possibly utilising the at-large populations for their own devices and we emerge into the dawn of an entirely new realm of possibility.
Do they observe and select? Are they simply tolerating the oceans of people? Who knows?
One thing that remains bright in my mind are some words a man said, I forget who, and they were,
“Good is out there” and “The Universe is moral”.
I hold onto these words every day and they haven’t failed me. Thank goodness for guys like Nick Redfern, with their outward and upward consciousness and desire for knowledge.

The Cycle of Cosmic Catastrophes – fascinating book by Firestone, West & Warwick-Smith has excellent evidence and info for a devastating blow to the earth from “something” – quite possibly generated from a supernova explosion that sent a lot of “stuff” hurtling toward earth from space and causing massive damage. Could fit with all of Nick’s and Barbara Handclow’s info. Might be interesting guests….

I’m so glad Whitley brought
I’m so glad Whitley brought up the Mahabharata. So many references there about advanced weapons. I often wonder, if these stories are myths, who had the imagination to come up with such long detailed stories of concepts that would be so fantastic for those times. Putting it all together with ancient archaeology and many ancient writings, I have to believe the story of this planet is way way more than we learned in history class. I hope we are not trapped souls though; it would make everything hopeless.

The first is called a “Puspaka car.” It is
described as resembling the Sun and belonging
to Rama’s brother Raghira, who
purchased it from the powerful Lord Ravan.
It is an aerial car that goes “everywhere
one wills it to go.” It is said to resemble a
bright cloud in the sky. Here’s a passage:
“King Rama got in, and the excellent car,
at the command
of Raghira, rose
up into the higher
atmosphere.”
The other flying
machine is
called vimana, one
of the most common
terms used
in ancient Indian
texts. A vimana is
described in the Ramayana as a “doubledeck,
cylindrical aircraft with portholes
and a dome.” (see illustration) It was said
to fly at the speed of the wind and had a
melodious sound as it flew.
The third Indian aircraft is described
as looking “like a great bird with a durable
and well-formed body having mercury
heated by fire underneath it. It had
two resplendent wings, and is propelled
by air (see illustration). It flies in the atmospheric
regions for great distances and
carries several people.”
According to King Bhoja, the inside construction resembles
“heaven created by Brahma himself,”
(chapter 31 in Samarangana Sutradhara,
literally, “Battlefield Commander”). King
Bhoja wrote this in the 11th century AD,
but he claims his knowledge was based
on Hindu manuscripts that were considered
to be ancient in his time.
Edgar Cayce’s Readings on Ancient Flight
Edgar Cayce explained that the strange
passage of Ezekiel’s flying machine in the
Bible was describing an Atlantean flying
ship.
Here’s that reading: “Before that we
find the entity was in the Atlantean land,
during those periods particularly when
there was the exodus from Atlantis owing
to those activities which were bringing
about the destructive forces. There we find
the entity was among those who were not
only in what is now known as the Yucatan
land, but also the Pyrenees and the Egyptian.
For the manners of transportation,
the manners of communications through
Ezekiel described of a much later date.”

3. Logically, advanced cultures generally would leave a great deal of waste and/or technologically advanced materials behind. Where is it all? It would have to have been “scrubbed” from the planet by a very advanced culture indeed- and quite on purpose.
Now, I’m not saying that I do not believe in advanced cultures in our past, but these questions do pop up in my head when thinking about this topic.
