Scientists have discovered that dolphin wounds heal up wonderfully quickly and want to figure out how human wounds can heal the same way. Marine researchers are amazed at how quickly dolphins manage to heal the wounds caused by severe shark bites. Wounds larger than a basketball have been cured in weeks without causing notable pain or infection or leaving a scar.

Press TV quotes biologist Michael Zasloff as saying, "If I saw this in a human being, I wouldn’t believe it. It should awe us. You have an animal that has evolved in the ocean without hands or legs, which swims faster than we can, has intelligence that perhaps equals our social and emotional complexity, and its healing is almost alien compared to what we are capable of."

Zasloff thinks that dolphins’ resistance to infection may be linked to their blubber, which contains natural that act like antibiotics. Press TV quotes him as saying, "It’s most likely that the dolphin stores its own antimicrobial compound and releases it when an injury occurs. "My hope is this work will stimulate research that will benefit humans. I feel reasonably certain that within this animal’s healing wounds we will find novel antimicrobial agents as well as potent analgesic compounds."

Alas, YOUR blubber doesn’t heal, it only hurts–your health. At unknowncountry.com, we CARE about your health, which is why we’ve made Anne Strieber’s famous diet book "What I Learned from the Fat Years" available as a download! When she found her clothes were getting too tight she thought they had all shrunk, until she realized she had gained weight due to Type II diabetes, a genetic condition that manifests in late middle age and makes it easy to gain weight and hard to lose it.

She not only discovered WHY some of us have this gene, but what to do about it, and after three years of diet and exercise, she managed to lose 100 pounds–and YOU can too! This isn’t an advice book written by a doctor or celebrity, it’s a diet book written by a REAL DIETER, who sympathizes with what you’re going through that has helped thousands of people to shed those unwanted pounds.
