Researchers have discovered that people who think they are being watched are more honest?even if the eyes watching them don’t belong to a real person. Now scientists say that the fact that someone is NOT watching you DOES NOT mean that they aren’t hanging onto your every word.

Jeanna Bryner writes in LiveScience.com that teachers have discovered that students who seem to be ignoring them may actually be processing the complex information they’re listening to and trying to come up with an answer. Researchers who study classrooms noticed that when a student moves his gaze away from the teacher’s face, he (or she) is much more likely to come up with the correct answer to a question that the teacher will ask later, so teachers should be careful not to find these averted gazes distracting.

A lot of the people who recognized the face on the cover of Communion, when it was published almost 20 years ago, feel that their experience has been ignored?by scientists, by the government and even by SOME of the people in the UFO community. One place this DOESN’T happen is here, at unknowncountry.com and on Dreamland, where we take the SCIENCE of UFOs seriously?although we are NOT interested in belief (but we ARE interested in fiction!) Whitley was one of the first people to bring global warming to human consciousness and we will persevere in this endeavor as well?but we can only do it with YOUR help.
