Can't stand hot food? Then you'll have lots of warning if you
have a heart attack, because the receptors that give you a
burning sensation from eating chili peppers are the same ones
that sense chest pain during a heart attack. "Silent" heart
attacks, which strike without warning, may take place in
people who are insensitive to these receptors, which are
located on the outer surface of the heart. And to keep your
heart healthy, you should take the Chocolate Cure.
Amanda Gardner writes in HealthDayNews that dark chocolate
and cocoa are good for the heart because they contain
polyphenol compounds. Thirteen people, aged 55 to 64, who
had high blood pressure, were randomly told to eat either
dark chocolate bars (with 500 milligrams of polyphenols) or
white chocolate, (with no polyphenols). People who ate the
dark chocolate had lower blood pressure in ten days.
Nutritionist Samantha Heller says, "If you want a chocolate
treat once in a while, the bitterer the better and don't feel
badly about it."

blue apples that William Henry talks about?
