FBI Director James Comey’s recent disclosure that more Hillary Clinton emails had been discovered on the computer of Anthony Weiner was a clear violation of the Hatch Act, which prohibits political activity by Justice Department employees during election periods. As is generally the case close to an election, on March 10, the Deputy Attorney General sent all affected Justice Department employees, including Director Comey, a memorandum reminding them of their responsibilities and obligations under the act. It stated, "activity director toward the success or failure of a political party, candidate for partisan political office or partisan political group" is prohibited under the act. Such memos have been going out every election season for the more than 70 years since the act was passed.

In adherence to the act, Director Comey has said nothing about the current FBI investigation of Donald Trump’s close co-ordination with the Russian government–so close, indeed, that there are serious concerns about his ability, as president, to protect American intelligence security.

So there is a double standard. On the one hand, the director violates the Hatch Act in a completely obvious and straightforward way. On the other, he upholds it.

This would appear to be blatant partisan politics, as indeed it is. But James Comey is a man of rectitude. There is a reason that the Republican senate fought his appointment for so long. While a Republican himself, he has been noted for an exceptional even-handedness throughout his public career.

So what caused him to do something he knew to be illegal and potentially damaging to the United States in some very profound ways?

I suspect that there is a hidden reason, and that reason is the fear of disclosure. It would also be why President Obama was so mild in his criticism of Director Comey. Throughout his term of office in the White House, John Podesta fought for UFO disclosure. In his final tweet as counselor to President Obama, he said that his chief regret was that the president had not done this.

What they are trying to make public, I think, are a series of documents and probably radar tracks from the 1950s and 1960s that make it clear that the objects being observed and tracked were intelligently guided and of unknown origin, and displayed flight characteristics far beyond known technology.

That seems simple enough, but it is not simple and it is not a small thing. It is, in fact, the largest issue of this campaign and the most important one to be addressed by any candidate. It is also extremely dangerous and challenging to elements that take an interest in mankind that go far beyond anything that we know, and some among those elements are absolutely opposed to disclosure, and will act to prevent it, and I believe that this fantastic lapse on the part of the FBI Director represents such action.

Whether he did it out of conscious or unconscious compulsion I cannot know, but I think that his action was primarily directed at preventing the election of a disclosure president.

From the standpoint of our own society, the disclosure of such documents would lead, in a matter of days, to the appearance on major media around the world of UFO researchers and abduction researchers who would be telling the horror story of the alien abduction phenomenon. And then there would rise to the surface the stories of bizarre animal and human mutilations. Within weeks, a state of general terror would have been whipped up, all in the name of ratings.

From the standpoint of the visitors, the reason that the above would happen is that we are blind to so much of reality that we literally cannot see what is actually happening, and therefore that disclosure would only confuse us further, and the media storm, which they are certain would occur, would destroy their own process of disclosure, effectively ruining our chance to ever enter the chorus of conscious being that is spread across the universe, and is the universe.

I am part of their process and have devoted myself to it as best I can. But I also think that there are enough of us who can now see the whole "touching" of mankind by this more potentiated level of being as communion rather than attack. So I believe that the kind of disclosure that Podesta wants and that Clinton, if she has the courage and insight necessary, might facilitate, would actually aid the human species in changing its direction in deeply important and useful ways.

However, the visitors I am engaged with are extremely unwilling to go along with this. They remain adamantly opposed. This brings to mind what was said to Col. Phillip Corso when he asked what was on offer for us: "a new world, if you can take it."

Official disclosure, at least of the reality of some small part of the phenomenon, is the beginning of our process of taking it, and of the next phase of the human journey, into a new world.

This is not a political statement. I am not disclosing here my own voting preference. I have already expressed my concerns, in a previous journal, about Donald Trump, because of his disinterest in climate change, which is the central issue of the visitors and therefore also mine, and his Russian connections. I have not stated that I am supporting another candidate. It is not my place to do so.

The overt stance of the visitors is that they want to remain in the cultural background where they are now. This means that they will derail Hillary Clinton, which I think they are trying to do. They do have the capacity to act in our world through surrogates who cannot discern the true origins of their own motivations, and I believe that this has happened here.

A new world if we can take it. They will fight us every inch of the way. If we win, it will be because we are strong enough to do so. As a close encounter witness was once told, "this is for the young and the strong." Mankind is young. But are we strong? That remains to be seen.

Thanks for bringing this up, Whitley! I alluded to some of this in the comments thread on the news story here at Unknown Country about Clinton and public disclosure. There appears to be so much going on under the surface, and one has to even wonder if the ‘extreme’ politics that we are seeing from the opponent is just a diversion from the true reality. We are so busy observing the antics being presented on the stage, that we may be missing ‘the man behind the (iron) curtain’.

The layers of obfuscation continue to amaze me, and the media is no help. They seem to able to focus on only one thing at a time, the story of the moment. As I said in my other post I really do feel that we are all being played, and I’m not sure what Comey’s true motive was for releasing information that means—nothing at this point. No facts, no real allegations, nada—just a nameless suspicion, and pretty much like the investigation going on with Trump’s server (Slate covered this very well today http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/cover_story/2016/10/was_a_server_registered_to_the_trump_organization_communicating_with_russia.html)

Right now, everyone is trying to cover themselves, including the president. The press conference yesterday displayed neutrality on the Comey situation…and of course, the opposition candidate is blithely running with it, until the next big story breaks. Will that next big story be about him?

Stay tuned, because it ain’t over until it’s over. I told someone the other day that I would not be surprised if a year from now, neither of the candidates is our president.

…And if this is all a ploy to prevent disclosure, then the Powers that Be could be cutting off their noses to spite their faces, plus they may be allowing Russia to be in control of disclosure, and lord knows what else…

I had been a FaceBook friend and a loyal follower of a site of a former frequent guest on your site, and friend of yours and annie’s,. She had a very interesting theory on the Sun’s energy and how it related to time and its anomalies. She mentioned she had a psi dream where Hillary caused the demise of the world as we know it, and suddenly became a “Trumpie” as if her psi ability was a sure thing. When I gently suggested that possibly she might not be entirely correct in her prediction of the future, she un-friended and banned me, so now I can’t even follow her page. Another friend has gotten thinly veiled death threats for her support of Hillary. In my town, you don’t see ANY presidential campaign signs, but lots of local signs.
I have a really bad feeling about this election, no matter who gets elected. I am very worried for our country and the world. Just as a creepy sign, I noticed a fly trap I have in my yard (the kind you see at stables to catch flies) suddenly filled up to overflowing with flies, and here it is November 1, and not fly weather.
I really don’t trust Trump, and don’t really trust Hillary to be honest either, but I don’t think she would dstroy the Earth out of spite. Remember Stephen Kin’s book “The Dead Zone” with the creepy presidential candidate Greg Stilson? The main character Johnny had psi ability and “saw” Stilson as a danger. He goes on a mission to stop him.

The theory about the Sun is an interesting one, and I can tell you that when there is a lot of solar activity (flares directed our way, for instance), I sense them and feel them (And I feel static electricity around me). As for the person ‘un-friending’ you simply because you challenged her theory? That’s just petty…

As intuitive as I am, I have NO clue about the outcome of this election, except to say that I feel that we are at some strange juncture or possible split in a timeline, and just about anything is possible. If you are interested, there will be an organized meditation the day of the election, including ‘flash mob’ groups of meditators around the country:

It may not make a difference, but it certainly couldn’t hurt either! Mrs. Obama is right on the money when she states “When they go low, we go high.” That should be our mantra, regardless of who we support or our political leanings, and it goes well beyond the election and should encompass every aspect of our lives. The tone of the election is undermining our ability to feel love and compassion, and this is one huge test for all of us (including me). This may be the real game being played with us, and if that is the case, then Comey could be being manipulated too.

To avoid excessive drama, ‘projected winner’, etc., I will not be monitoring the election night media coverage. I’ll probably read, listen to music, or maybe even talk my sweetheart into a game of Scrabble. I will find out the results next Wednesday morning, as I have done for the last 10 years.

Nonsense. Comey’s action isn’t a violation of the Hatch act. For a good explanation of what’s behind this, see this article:
    http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2016/11/dont_be_fooled_hillarygate_probe_is_now_a_formal_federal_criminal_investigation.html

    Pull quote:
“…The FBI agents had to make this warrant application because their existing Fourth Amendment search authority was on the basis of Anthony Weiner’s (unrelated) suspected misconduct with an underage girl. That investigation was already a grand jury matter. However, that grand jury’s authority – which is supervised by a federal judge — did not authorize the Bureau to pursue information which might be pertinent to the inquiry into Mrs. Clinton’s use of a personal email server while she was Secretary of State. Making that application, under standard DOJ protocol, required approval from Main Justice. In this case, the assistant attorney in charge of the Criminal Division, if not the attorney general.

Since the application was made, it’s safe to conclude that the Criminal Division at Main Justice authorized the warrant application. Thus, at a minimum, the senior leadership of the Justice Department is not as unanimously condemnatory of FBI director Comey’s letter to Congress on Friday as media reports would lead us to believe.

It also explains why Director Comey issued his letter to Congress. The reporting tells us that the FBI’s decision to make a warrant application to the supervising judge of the Weiner grand jury triggered Mr. Comey’s decision to notify Congress. Having promised Congressional leaders (perhaps unwisely, since he was not required to do so) that, if the Bureau uncovered new evidence relating to Hillarygate which required further inquiry, he would so notify them, he proceeded on Friday to keep his word and do so….”

This warrant application wouldn’t have been made without convincing evidence of felonies. Hillary Clinton is the most corrupt figure in American politics, at least since Lyndon Johnson, maybe ever. It is to be hoped that this will play out properly, and she ends up in jail….but since the entire Deep State is backing her, I don’t have much confidence that justice will be served.

And, by the way, the Republican opposition to James Comey wasn’t because he was a “man of rectitude”, but because he failed to issue a finding of illegality in the pardon of Marc Rich by Bill Clinton. Look into Marc Rich if you want to know the sort of company a President Hillary would keep.

Let us not forget her in-laws, Chelsea’s father-in law, Edward “Ed” Mezvinsky, a former Democratic congressman who represented Iowa’s 1st congressional district from 1973-1977. Beginning in the early 1990s, Mezvinsky used a wide variety of 419 scams. According to a federal prosecutor, Mezvinsky conned using “just about every different kind of African-based scam we’ve ever seen.” The scams promise that the victim will receive large profits, but first a small down payment is required. To raise the funds needed to front the money for the fraudulent investment schemes he was being offered, Mezvinsky tapped his network of former political contacts, dropping the name of the Clinton family to convince unwitting marks to give him money.
In March 2001, Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 felony charges of bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud. Nearly $10 million was involved in the crimes. He entered prison in February 2003, and served his time at Federal Prison Camp, Eglin. Mezvinsky, was released in April 2008, after 5 years. He remained on federal probation until 2011, and as of 2010 still owed $9.4 million in restitution to his victims.

Ha! You want conspiracy theories and subtle insertions of ‘clues’? Take a look at the Google image today for Dia de los Muertos…The little female figure on the right has 4 distinct digits on her hands, and the male’s hands are very indistinct. The female’s face is very different from the male skeleton and looks an awful lot like the face of a Grey. As with so much stuff, it’s probably a stretch to say that’s what’s being implied in the image is a Grey, and that the slanted eyes and the hands are more than a way to ‘feminize’ the image. Take this idea and the connection of the Greys to the dead and run with it!

  15. I’m not sure why any hidden
I’m not sure why any hidden powers-that-be would consider an outsider like Trump the better bet for preventing disclosure. While it makes some sense that it would be easier to hide things from him, he’s also more of a wildcard who overestimates himself so much that I think he might trust his gut more than his generals and advisors. In his mind, disclosure would probably make “great television”. Meanwhile, Clinton might be more vulnerable to inside manipulation, and back down on the issue the same way every incoming president before has, at least starting with Carter. My guess is that if any insiders are making plays to skew the election away from Clinton, it’s for different reasons than disclosure.

I also don’t think disclosure of something like radar tracks, or even gun camera footage, will cause the spiral of panic Whitley describes. It would take something more like official documentation with pictures of recovered ships and alien bodies (if not living aliens), because anything abstract, requiring scientific deduction, or not leading to absolute proof that UFOs exist and are occupied by non-humans will become as disputed as climate change, for which there really is overwhelming scientific evidence. In a way, it’s all abstract until they show up in your bedroom at night, then it’s a whole different reality.

While it’s possible that disclosure would lend some credence to the stories of abductees, I think that will also remain highly disputed (and as such prevent any panic scenario) assuming no facts about abduction known to the government (if any exist) are included. By example, does disclosure also mean that earlier contactee stories like George Adamsky’s (and other notables), usually involving space brothers from neighboring planets, are vindicated? I don’t think so, and so it will probably go with everyone else’s, including Whitley’s famous and extremely credible testimony.

Back to the election, I’m not sure most people know that the president alone has the authority to launch a nuclear strike, and does not require congressional approval or military concurrence. He or she literally has full and immediate authority to utterly destroy the earth and mankind in a matter of minutes, and their order can only be stopped by mutiny (extremely unlikely). I know there is one person running for president who I do not trust with that authority, but I won’t say his name.

As I replied to Geoff, the Clinton camp has been able to project a kind of neo-McCarthyist hysteria that Russia is responsible for everything. The basic details of Hillary’s war-mongering involvement with Libya and worldwide are a matter of record easily researched, I might add that Clinton may indeed be given the election or as some people refer to it: the referendum. Some want “Disclosure” regarding UFOs so much that they are of the belief that because of some statements by Podesta and Clinton it will be forthcoming. The first word in the tab header of Unknowncountry is “Alternative”. Dr. Joseph P. Farrell in several of his Member Vidchats and Giza-Dialogues has expressed the probability that if the “Clinton-Bush-Obama-Clinton” Axis of Power continues just the opposite effect will occur of suppressing and going after “Alternative” writers like Dr. Farrell in order to silence them. Catherine Austin Fitts has also expressed this concern. She coined the term “Mr. Global” and if anyone is a part of Mr. Global it is the “Clinton-Bush-Obama-Clinton” Axis of Power and people like Neo-Con Samantha Powers, Obama’s ambassador to the U.N. and her husband, Cass Sunstein as well as Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and others.
If we get four more years with this “Mafia” those who are self-reliant and independent will have the best chance of surviving and possibly prospering through what may be the worst years yet to come.

    Remember, remember!
    The fifth of November,
    The Gunpowder treason and plot;
    I know of no reason
    Why the Gunpowder treason
    Should ever be forgot!

I am not sure why the Visitors would make things such that Donald Trump would gainadvantage in this election. He is hardly supportive of fighting Climate Change(‘a myth’ in his view), he really represents nothing that would support intervention of the type Whitley writes about. Unless there are other motives going on, that maybe it is necessary that he at least have a voice or a stronger voice in our affairs. That’s a scary thought as I cannot think of a more unqualified candidate in my lifetime. We have had crude and rude Presidents(LBJ was no sweetheart), Tricky Dick was as devious as anything, Bill Clinton was(is?–I hope not now) a major womanizer, “W” got us into an unnecessary war(OK, maybe he was duped like everyone else). So, really I just don’t understand why Trump would serve their aims, seems likely he would be t opposite. I take the stance that Paul Krugman writes about, that Comey (who, yes, is a decent and honest, capable FBI Director)simply succumbed to the pressures of the Republican attacks and felt the need to somehow “even things out”. Unfortunately, his actions absolutely have impacted the election and he did violate the sentiments of the Hatch Act. Hard for me to believe that he actually broke the law, considering that he knows it as well as anyone in Washington. Truth is that I am simply amazed that he did what he did. There was no compelling need to announce the investigation to the congress. Nothing has come out nor will it come out, prior to the election. He could have quietly continued with the investigation and after the election announced the latest news, that it was reopened, etc. What possible good came from him doing what he did? Talk about “hanging chads”… He could not have done better for Trump if he simply announced that Hillary is a crook and don’t vote for her. This whole thing is weird.

I’m not so sure that ‘the visitors’ are a single, consistent presence. As you know, I see them as something much deeper than ‘aliens from another planet.’ From my experience, they are in some way reflective of who sees them. A military man fears them and so to him they appear dangerous. Somebody like me is on a deep inner search, so for me they are masters.

The fear of disclosure is part of the whole experience in some way, but not all of it, not by any means. Some aspects of ‘the visitors’ undoubtedly don’t want it. If they did, we’d already know more than we do. So they are going to prefer a president who won’t rock the boat. Others, I think, feel that there are enough of us who are ready to see them more deeply and completely for disclosure to eventually improve the situation.

I have come, very guardedly, to agree with the latter opinion. I think that an edge of disclosure might work as a good beginning for our best minds to start exploring this. I’d like to see Stephen Hawking, for example, take a closer look at the actual ambiguities of the situation.

And as far as all the political back-and-forth above is concerned, remember that most people in high office are deeply compromised in one way or another. Very few of our recent presidents have not been ‘beholden’ to various powerful players, and very few of them have come out of office untainted by their associations.

As far as Trump and Clinton are concerned, they both carry a great deal of baggage.

Bill and Hillary Clinton know more than they have ever said.
President Hillary will be more circumspect than candidate Hillary. A remark here or there on a talk show to win some votes, why not? But when the rubber meets the road, she or her people will not open the White House press briefing with, “Yes, you in the blue sweater. Do you have anything to ask about those UAPs?”
If faced with some sort of damning evidence, she will take a page from her husband’s book, “Who are you going to believe? Me? Or your lying eyes?”

Of the leaked emails about UFOs to John Podesta, have any turned up from John Podesta? Anyone can write an email to John Podesta.

The only government disclosure will be inadvertent, not direct; from WikiLeaks for example. But that particular source doesn’t seem to have the goods.

  27. A very interesting article.
A very interesting article. I have wondered how Trump can attack Hillary and mock her on every possible issue, true and untrue, except disclosure. It seems to be an issue that is ripe for his mocking style. As news coverage of her and John Podesta continues on UFO Disclosure, not one of the 17 presidential candidates raised the issue during the primaries. Since Secretary Clinton was the obvious target of all other Presidential hopefuls and she was advocating a “fringe” idea, you would think at least one candidate would raise the issue. The silence speaks volumes.

The FBI, according to recent highly credible press reports, has a significant Trump faction that continues to leak damaging information, some true and some tabloid-type stuff. There is a bias there. One FBI Agent called the FBI “Trumpland” to a reporter for the Guardian.

The FBI has other reasons for entering a campaign. None are good. However, I think you are on to something. Keep it up

Bottom line: There is an enormous double-standard at play. I realize that a wide variety of people are supporting both candidates, however, I have to point out something that disturbs me greatly. Once again, I want to make clear that I am an independent voter—I have never, in my whole life, voted a party line.

When Obama began running for president, and after he won, anyone in doubt about the problem of racism being alive, well, and thriving in our nation, soon learned otherwise. Before Obama’s inauguration, I participated in an interview on BlogTalk radio where the subject of Timelines was discussed. When the topic came up about our newly elected president, all I could see was an administration that would spend most of its time getting nowhere, and facing obstruction on—just about everything. The reason that I saw that future was because I simply followed that Timeline back in the opposite direction to the past, and what I saw was a lot of unresolved issues on all sides. Since blatant, in-your-face- racism basically went underground for the last 40 years or so, it was only a matter of time before it came back to the surface, and for this nation it was the election of a black president that brought all of the festering ooze of hate and bias back to the surface in full force.

Now we have a woman running for president, and I am seeing a similar timeline, but with insults, prejudice, and insinuations that are a lot less veiled than they were with Obama. When I compare her garbage to her opponent’s garbage, I’m not seeing a whole lot of difference, except in the way that they are both being treated by the electorate, pundits, and the media. For instance, while standing in line at my neighborhood grocery store today, I noticed that EVERY tabloid rag in the rack had the most unflattering photo that they could find of Ms. Clinton on the cover, along with headlines about her bringing Armageddon and nuclear war if she is elected. I keep asking myself, what the heck is going on, and why so much amnesia day to day about things that Trump has said and done, including the fact that he refuses to reveal his tax returns?

Regarding the FBI in particular, it should be pointed out that they have a past history that is less than stellar, including the way that they monitored and kept a file on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. ( and lots of other people, especially during the Civil Rights and Vietnam War era). They are an organization of white men, and one with a lot of power. Director Comey went against policy, and against the DOJ and Loretta Lynch, a black woman (And SHE is in the hot seat now too).

My point is that I don’t feel that disclosure has anything to do with any of this, but that there is whole of lot of thinly disguised sexism, racism, and a few other ‘isms’ going on within the FBI and our government in general. It is about retaining power and the status quo.

  33. Yes, there is a double
Yes, there is a double standard alright. The entire elietist establishment is protecting HRC above ethincs and all reason. I have never in my life see such a biased election. Mind you I have never voted for a GOP candidate that I can remember. The DNC and the GOP are corrupt to the core, yet people think one party is better than the other??? Sorry, the eductation system and media has betrayed generations of Americans with identity politics to the point that people can be manipulated by words of race, sexism, when nothing of the sort exists anymore on a sigificant scale, but it is a wonderful political to to forever create victims.

Comey has been covering for the Clintons for decades, and the only reason he NOW came forward is that he had is hand forced by HONEST FBI and the NYPD. He will be going down with the masses of dirty laundry that is being uncovered by the hour. Most of you just don’t get how far the coruption goes. Whitley has mentioned his disgust with the NYT and major media before, yet he seems to not understand that the entire media is in bed with Washington. Trump is a loud mouth jerk, but he may be the only way the house gets cleaned from the massive rot that is running the nation. The fact that the media, DNC, GOP and Wall Street hate him should tell you who you should be voting of (if it would even matter). We need to stop seeing politics as sports teams. If your team cheats it is okay, but if the others do, it is horrible… Don’t pick sides! I took the red pill years ago and it freed me from this 2 sided same coin of madness and it opened my eyes to see ALL sides and to not be duped by any of them.

    1. I think the reason there is
I think the reason there is more apparent bias in the media this time is because so many people with higher intelligence are nearly apoplectic about the success of D. Trump so far in the election. It’s really, really, really hard to fathom that he maintains so much support, and educated people (what you might call “elitists”) are trying to come to grips with what they previously might have thought impossible, media folks especially. What should have been a joke has turned into more of a movement, an often frightening one, and I think the media is trying to walk a difficult line. If Hitler ran for president, should the media bury all bias in the interest of neutrality?

“What kind of country are we living in now?”, so many progressives are wondering post-Trump. Best answer IMO: one where there are a lot of pissed off and scared white people, who feel they lost their natural entitlement (the Great America) and want it back. Trump speaks to them in no uncertain terms.

I’m no big fan of HRC, either, but she at least seems to be a very smart person up on the latest thinking on what should be socially acceptable goals and behavior of a modern society, and a rapidly changing world. Trump can’t even cover the most rudimentary basics in that regard.

    The X-Files
    Little Green Men8:00 PM on MyTV 4.3, 1 hr 1994 TV-14

Mulder leaves his new job to investigate alien contact in Puerto Rico; and Scully tries to pick up his trail after being questioned by the FBI about his disappearance. Matheson: Raymond J.Barry. Jorge: Mike Gomez. Dr. Troisky: Les Carlson. Scully: Gillian Anderson.

This will be the (((LAST))) episode until after the presidential election and someone had chosen to show it last night.

Mulder is summoned to a meeting with Richard Matheson, a U.S. senator who is a patron for his work. Matheson directs Mulder to Arecibo. HOWEVER, the actor in my opinion looks like former president Bill Clinton.

So, a 3rd world despot was just elected to the most important job in the world… Fully approved by America’s greatest ally, Vladimir Putin. That’s comforting…

Funny, I live and work in SE PA, where Clinton did quite well in the votes cast. But having said that, I was very surprised to see the number of people around town high fiving and congratulating themselves over Trump’s victory. To me, this is not about Democrats vs. Republicans. I fear(and I really pray that I am wrong)that this is a new kind of government, or maybe a much older approach that we falsely believed we’d grown out of. There’s a reason why the KKK and other hate groups supported Trump. Someone has to tell me anything that Donald Trump has ever done that was for the benefit of the average (white)working man in the Rust Belt. Someone has to show me evidence that the “bad trade agreements” forced US manufacturers to send their work overseas. It could not have been the poor quality of cars that the Big 3 were putting out there for many years. It could not have been that, because the government held guns to the businessmen who so grudgingly sent their work overseas. Maybe it was all the money Trump saved by businesses going bankrupt— and the taxes he paid for the last 20 years…just like I did and so did many others. Yeah, that’s it, a real model for the working man to emulate. No, I realize that it was all the women he insulted, groped and maybe the 15 year old beauty queens he walked in on while they undressed. Then again, the average Joe wants to be known as a person with no compunctions about treating women as sex toys.

This could be the start of a long period of decline for our country, if Trump is able to put his half baked economic plan in place, is able to start dropping those bombs all over ISIS(that should be fairly straightforward and simple), is able to build that fantastic wall with Mexico’s money. Never mind that the 700 mile wall already in place has yet to stop or even slow the incoming flow of drugs, nor illegal immigrants. We might see a huge demand for prison guards and INS agents, so I guess the unemployment rate will go down(to where it was 10 years ago, 10%—ooops, let’s ignore that stat). But at least we can be confident that the sham of Climate Change will be exposed for what it is, a huge libtard hoax.

God help us, we are in trouble.

I fail to see why the need for UFO discloser is so important. We know the very people who hold the lock and key to this discloser are so different than ourselves, they could never bring themselves to go open and public with it. If we look at the current circus of politics surely that should bring a contrast to how bad things are. UFO and aliens are the last of our worries. Looking at how people are fighting around the world just after the election, it tells me the vast majority of the public think one side or the other are going to make the world a better place. The sear hatred they seem to have for each other and the strange political issues they cling to to fuel this hate is terrible. This tells me that we are far from OK, and nowhere near any form of open contact or discloser.

  47. Fiji: Fair enough, and a good
Fiji: Fair enough, and a good sentiment, I agree. But “a businessman’s model”? Remember, Trump lost almost $1 Billion USD of other people’s money(mostly)and then was rewarded with a tax free lifestyle for the next 20 years. There are plenty of people in the NJ/NY/PA/CT area who were contractors and suppliers to Trump. They lost (some of them)huge amounts of money because of Trump’s business acumen. It took less than a year of Trumpenomics to force his casinos to go bankrupt. Maybe he learned his lesson, I hope so. He DOES deserve a chance to make his case, after all, he won the election. I just wish I could have positive feelings about his plans…I don’t.

  49. So, today it starts. Trump
So, today it starts. Trump names climate denier as his head of EPA? Not sure if I got that exactly right, but he is expected to name a number of climate deniers to positions within the EPA and to top science posts. I am willing to believe that Trump may be able to accomplish some good, mainly because of my overwhelming optimism in general. But this appears to be the start of the downslide for our environmental policy. It was certainly hard enough dealing with the climate change deniers, but now that we have or are about to officially deny it exists, we are in deep doo doo.

I think I read somewhere that Trump’s science advisors are going to formally state that the earth is flat. Let’s face it, when you look out, do you see giant ball or a plate? How could skyscrapers exist on a huge round ball? They’d fall over, right. Common sense tells us that the earth is flat, so it must be all of those kooks who insist it’s round.

Next thing is that they will formally and once and for all prove that evolution is a hoax, perpetrated by the heathens of the left, those who deny the Bible and its teachings.

Somebody show me where I am wrong here, I really want to be wrong…

  51. I hate to tell you this, Lou,
I hate to tell you this, Lou, but you might want to skip the next article we have coming up, because it’s downright alarming from an environmental point of view. Trump has indeed put climate-change denier Myron Ebell in charge of the EPA, with the stated intention of dismantling the agency toward their own ends. And the names rumored to be in line to get into other top positions doesn’t get any better.

I have to keep reminding myself that Whitley’s the horror writer here, not me…

  53. Matt: Saw your comments, yes,
Matt: Saw your comments, yes, we are in for a potentially earth altering transition. The Trumpkins will hooray the throwing out of the tree hugging fanatics. Meanwhile, they will kid themselves that all of this is hogwash, a myth perpetrated by liberal media and false science. I truly do not know how to react in this situation. As was mentioned in “Master of The Key”, those responsible for the disaster that will likely occur will be reviled years from now. Unfortunately, the Tea Party kooks and energy conglomerates have done a good job of creating false enemies and advocating absolute nonsense as science, so much so that the “average” US citizen may start to believe the dreck that is being put out as fact. So sad that economic interests have “Trumped” evidence and proof of a clearly developing catastrophe. Also, it’s horrible that science has become a political football. The “other side” just punted and pinned us deep near our end zone. Instead of thinking in terms of what good the government can effect, we see this crap. And that is a very gentle, mild and almost inoffensive way to say it. The truth, the reality of what is going to happen is akin(in my eyes)to an environmental Holocaust all over the world. It will be wars over water, wars over food and people dying from the choking pollution. Modernized Europe and the US are throwing out the voices of concern and reason and instead putting arrogant, self absorbed, ignorant Nationalists in place and the stage has been set for the earth to convulse. I wish that there was something that could be done. Our system worked, in that the person who got the most electoral votes is the President -Elect. Maybe 2,000,000 more votes for HRC over Trump is irrelevant(it is now), but it represents the fears of many Americans.

Maybe I am overreacting, I would feel much better if there was any suggestion of that. But there’s not, more than likely things are going to go bad in a fairly quick way. Working white men may see taxes reduced, but at a high cost…another Great(er)Recession or Depression. And then there’s the environment…
