First, weatherman Scott Stevens talks about the possibility
that scalar weapons are being used to destabilize the

Weatherman Scott Stevens talked about weather wars on Coast
to Coast on January 29th. Since then, there have been some
urgent developments in the Pacific Northwest suggesting both
that a major volcanic-tectonic event is impending, and that
some sort of scalar weapons technology could be involved.
But is this an attempt to prevent it, to make it worse, or
is more than one power secretly fighting for the outcome
they prefer?
