| Strangest Experience: | Back in June 2004, the board had one of its crashes, a double crash, actually. A lot of people lost all or part of their post counts. I lost 5 posts from my count, but I only had 7 at the time. A bigger worry was that I also lost my strangest experience from my profile. I had only just put it in there, and although I had saved copies of all my posts, for some reason I didn't save a copy of it. For a long time I was afraid of putting it back there. Finally, in May 2005, I wrote a much expanded version in a series of posts in the Synchronicity thread in the Dreamland topic area. The major theme of the story is a dream that predicted future events years in advance, but other odd things also happened along the way. A while back I collected the posts and put them in a single post in my blog. Except for the introduction (which itself was mostly taken from various posts that I made) and the addition of segment titles and some minor editing, the story is the same as when I presented it in the thread.
