what are your thoughts on the differences between these two scenarios? (spurred by an article i just read)

*a young woman goes on the web and advertises she is willing to give herself sexually, being a virgin, for a sum of money. no one sees a problem with this.

*a young woman walks into a bar and advertises herself sexually for a sum of money and she's arrested for prostitution.
