Finally, we are finding figs on our vine! I know nothing about when to pick. Thought it would never happen! Anyone know what is up with figs? I know I can google...just wanted some first hand experience if possible. |

We had figs, but they grew on a tree not a vine. Understand that all things are sacred--yet nothing is sacred. ~Yotee Coyote Website: www.ascendingabovevibration.org Blog: animalspirits--withoutfear.blogspot.com

I know. I think this is some kind of variation. My brother knows the name of it...I'll have to ask him next time we talk. It's alot like ivy in that it grows and climbs. It took it years to even crawl up one part of the wall. Lately it has made some very dramatic moves! |

I googled. It's called Ficus Pumlia.. aka creeping fig vine. Guess I better go back now and read! |

This caught my eye as I love figs, but it's a little cold here for them..So the creeping fig vine is hardy, but totally poisonous. |
